About me

Growing up in India, Germany, and the United States has given me a unique perspective on different cultures. After finishing high school in Massachusetts, I was fortunate to study at UCLA. Today, San Francisco is home, where I thrive on building connections and embracing new adventures.

After graduating with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering, I started as a Full-Stack Software Engineer at PayPal. Lately, fueled by my insatiable curiosity and aptitude for swift learning, I've been immersing myself in side projects centered on AI. I continuously explore a myriad of documentation and resources, keen on understanding the intricacies of different AI technologies. As the AI landscape swiftly evolves, I revel in the challenge and excitement of mastering and building with innovative tools.

My strengths lie in collaborating with people of different disciplines to build products that solve real-world problems. The intersection of technology and business is where I thrive. I pride myself in fostering deep relationships in and out of the professional world.

Having to learn new things to solve new problems is what excites me the most. That's why the field of AI is so fascinating to me-- the ability it gives to solve problems that were previously thought to be unsolvable. I'm excited to see what the future holds for AI, and I'm eager to be a part of it.

Outside of this journey, I fuel my desire to learn and create by making music, and learning new instruments. Snowboarding, weightlifting, and video games are some of my other passions.

Genie: A Generative AI Tool

I built and maintain a fun and playful website that uses different AI models from OpenAI and Replicate, to provide fun and useful tools. Currently, I have onboarded a Chatbot (GPT-3.5 Turbo), Image Generation (DALL E), and Music Generation (Riffusion). Soon to add more to give more fun and useful models for users to play around with. Full-Stack Engineer @ PayPal

After interning during Summer '19 & Summer '20, I went full-time in 2021. I have built and maintained multiple internal tools and frameworks that are used by hundreds of engineers on a daily basis. I have ventured beyond the typical responsibilities of an engineer by adopting the role of a product manager and solutions engineer for the tools I have built, end-to-end. I have also been a mentor to multiple interns and new hires.
